Season: Spring

This styled shoot was inspired by a clean & classic color palette with a modern twist. Blending old historic with new, The Ohio Statehouse was the perfect venue.

The Day: No one could forget the fresh spring air that day. The bold architectural lines of The Ohio Statehouse wrapped the two lovers in historical charm while simple, clean florals softened the whole space.

Color: Simple black + white paired with lush ivory florals and wild greenery.

Unquie: The bride and groom had a love for both Ohio and modernity but brought whimsical romance to their day with thoughtful calligraphy, purposeful floral design, and stately rentals from Aiden and Grace + Event Source Rentals.

Favorite story from the day: The bride and groom danced in front of their woodsy floral columns designed by SunflowerKate Florals. Their love was strong, effortless, and tender.

Dress: The bride’s dress was Jenny Yoo NYC designed. Modern + timeless, the halter top grazed her delicate collar bones and fit her figure to a tee. The soft fabric danced in the spring breeze.

Flowers: Soft, lush blooms paired with whimsical greenery

Venue: The Ohio Statehouse’s limestone pillars were a traditional, classic backdrop for our lovely beautiful bride.
